Champiro Tires Los Angeles

VIP visit and dance and art

not fall again on Wednesday, but I think server problems more in the area of the Murphy's law as one could blame me.
Thursday and Friday throughout the day I was not home, so the update has just moved to Friday night.

first advertising in a foreign thing: I get home from a package of pudding for my family. This is from the dessert & coffee Stub'n Aloisia "from Bader village (SO in the district of Oberwart Burgenland) and is highly recommended.

But now again back to our actual show.
weekend I had the honor of Prince Takaki Meiyuu (高贵 明 勇), in his capacity of the eastern provinces of daimyo to receive me. His Highness has decided on his visit to the Kansai region to me as Daimyo prove to the province end the Midwest, the honor me to pay on my headquarters a visit (he visited my actual head, Himeji Castle, but this for me impractical for daily work).
Most will know him but by his Europeanized name, Helmut Hödl.

I have taken him to dinner in the Ryukyu / Okinawa Restaurant, and this time brought the camera. He tells me what's new in Tokyo, but had to leave unfortunately the next day to Nara. Helmut is the way, on 7 February after 1 1 / 2 years studying in Japan to return home. And then there were only 2 students from Graz in Japan ... has geschnieben

Some time ago it was really really cold once a week, so it even on the hills.

Since the Uni is just half way up, there have been some days where I was at university and has it suddenly started snowing on (I first wanted to believe it), which made me very happy though. From the reactions of other people, for instance by an American who has never seen snow, not to speak.
Proper cold in Kobe was really nice, especially since it is home to January so unnaturally warm again (but no, yes climate change is complete nonsense), but it is now also in Kobe again become warmer.

Last week I was invited by a friend to visit a training unit of the dance clubs of the university, because while we a conversation on the subject have come and rehearsed the dance club ballroom dances (rumba, waltz, cha cha cha, Latin, etc.). It is interesting to note that although there are concerns Ballroom dances, which are even in our so often regarded as outdated, the club of one hundred members. Where about half of men really are different than ours, where there is often a strong surplus of women in dance classes, etc..
Like all university clubs is also in this extremely seriously approached the matter with several minutes of practicing basic attitude, muscle building exercises, etc. You can see the effort and concentration on their faces, and although the advanced dance very well may have on it, and technically some, I personally had the feeling that the passion and emotions somehow lacking, or because they are Japanese, they are not well expressed. Especially with dances from Latin America (Tango!)

Here are some impressions:

Here is the background just "1,2,3" counted, but as usual in Japan by all and very loud.

That's it, after the extremely long past entries that had this length because of the pent-up demand, I will now go back to shorter.

interesting (and funny) facts / opinions about Japan:

leisure clubs at Japanese universities, whether in sports, arts and culture, are a serious matter and its members can, without exaggeration, as a semi-professional inscribedable. The clubs work out 2-4 times per week for several hours, and usually take only people who have several years of experience (by clubs in schools) in each area, so you can not join in practice as beginners. Of course, connect the clubs in competitions against other universities, where it is perceived as a great honor to belong to the race team.
The "lighter" version of the clubs, the so-called "Circles" are (English = circles), this can also join a beginner, but also they often train several times a week, and much more importantly, they cover by far not the broad spectrum disciplines such as clubs from. The clubs seem often to be replaced for students (especially foreign) the family and for many they are at least equally important, for some even more important, as their studies.
