Baustelle im Issan
Das Untergeschoss bietet einen grossen Raum, der als Office, zeitweise auch als Disco dienen kann. Ausserden gibt es noch einen Empfangsraum und 2 schoene Gaestezimmer.
Im Erdgeschoss ist das Wohnzimmer mit europ. Kueche, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einer Nasszelle und Balkonzugang.
Der Anbau beinhaltet das Treppenhaus und die Thaikueche im Erdgeschoss, Im Untergeschoss befinden sich darinNasszelle (Dusche - WC) und Abstellraum, sowie das Treppenhaus.
Blick durch die Zwischendecke ins Obergeschoss, hier werden noch fuenf Fremdenzimmer errichtet.
das Geruest fuer die Zwischendecke ist bereits montiert. Als naechstes folgen die Giebelwaende, damit der Dachstuhl montiert werden kann.
Die doppelwandige Technik sorgt fuer angenehmes Wohnklima. in den Tropen ist das sehr wichtig, weil die Temperaturen sehr oft bei 45 Grad Celsiun liegen. Der Strom ist sehr teuer, daher ist es angesagt energiesparend zu bauen.

Da es sich um einen Anschluss innerhalb des Ortes handelt ist das ein gesalzener Preis, ja man kann auch von Wucher reden. Der Buergermeister wird darueber informiert, er bestaetigt uns, dass dieser Preis fuer einen Anschluss ausserhalb des Dorfes ist.
Nun wir bezahlen die Rechnung bar, da das Unternehmen nicht einmal Kartenlesegeraete hat, oder damit nicht umgehen kann.
Eine lange Wartezeit beginnt, fuenf Wochen vergehen, immer wieder Anrufe beim Unternehmen, hier heist es jedesmal morgen !! Nach dem zehnten Anruf werden sie dann taetig, sie ziehen die Versorgungsleitungen bis an unser Grundstueck. Die Strommasten stehen bereits, da sie die Hochspannungsleitungen tragen. Hier wird einfach 2m tiefer die Versorgungsleitung angehaengt. An meinem Grundstueck endet die Leitung, obwohl es bis zum Ortsende weitere 100 m sind und spaeter auch noch ein Haus gebaut warden kann. Nein dieser muss wiederum die Versorgungsleitung bezahlen, was in der Regel Sache des Unternehmens ist.
Nun ist die Versorgungsleitung verlegt, der Hausanschluss ist noch nicht gemacht, wieder Reklamation !! Nun kommt ein Monteur aus dem 8 km entferten Thungfon an, er sollte den Stromzaehler montieren, doch her hat kein Brett und keine Schrauben um den Zaehler an dem Brett und das Brett an dem Stommast zu befestigen
